We are a team of business analysts who want to apply our skills to tackle difficult challenges and produce impactful outcomes. We created ARS Analytics as a common platform to provide consulting services and perspective to small- and medium-sized businesses.
Our Story
We have experience working in-house as salaried associates and as contractors performing outsourced work while coordinating with inside stakeholders. Our team is made up of individuals with experience that is broad enough to communicate across industries and backgrounds while deep enough to recommend effective solutions. Our collective skill-set covers high-level topics such as decision analysis, forecasting, and systems analysis as well as applied topics such as forecasting, predictive modelling, and database management.
Our focus is primarily on small- and medium-sized businesses where we believe we can add the most value. Our mission is to preserve our clients' competitive adaptations that have helped them deliver value to their markets while introducing innovations and best practices that can help them lower cost, raise service quality, and free up internal resources and excitement. We hope to recommend, design, and implement solutions that give our clients high leverage to flex their own skills.
In addition to our current expertise in particular technologies and topics, we perform R&D on an ongoing basis to stay aware of promising new tools and systems. Our work is to make sure that innovations transform potential value into captured value.
